Yes, you can continue to cruise even when you get seasick. Our cruise team on board are ready to help you out with anything and have been trained to treat seasickness. In the fact, the boat is moving inside the bay, so the wind and tide are sluggish, then the boat also to be calm on the bay. you could release your worry about it.
It is around 170Kms from Hanoi to Hanoi and round trip is 350 Kms
On the way go, we go in old way as other all cruises.
It takes 4 hours from Hanoi to Halong city with one stopover for soft break time around 15-20 minutes.
On the way back, we will use highway then it takes 3.0 hours to reach Hanoi. The time to reach Hotel is from 8.00-8.30 PM with normal condition of traffic.
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board because of bad Halong bay weather, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied for Cruise cancellation:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- When reach Halong bay, then can not cruising: Just pay for lunch (if any) and come back Hanoi. free for transfer.
- The final cost will be confirmed via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Steps to download the application:
Step 1: Open your phone, go to Google play or Apple Store.
Step 2: Type ‘’Halong Tour Audio Guide’’ into the search box
-> You will see the software with the Genesis logo appears, named as above.
Step 3: Click on “Install” tab, wait for the phone to announce the installation is completed.
Step 4: Exit the main screen, open the Halong Tour Audio Guide app just installed
Step 5: Select the language to enter the passcode, contact us for a passcode or Tour guide will give you before the trip begins.
Step 6: There will be a list of destination information, where visitors have two options:
– Listen online directly, with 3G and wifi connection
– Download the audio file to avoid disconnect from 3G connection (such as when visiting the cave inside the mountain). In this section, you can also down all the files once or select the single files of the destination you are interested in, want to hear.
Step 7: Plug in the headset, turn off the phone screen and start enjoying!
