Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

Should I print a receipt to show the tour guide?

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

How much does it cost to do a private tour?

What happens if I have to cancel my cruise?

Things happen that can cause unexpected cancelation and we try to be as fair as we can when these situations occur. It is very important that you read our Terms of Condition before you commence to book your cruise with Genesis Cruise Halong Bay. You need to contact us as soon as possible when you discover you need to cancel your trip with us so we can negotiate the best possible outcome for the situation. Our English speaking representatives are always available to answer any queries on cancelations.

What is payment method?

There are some ways to settle the payment in convenience as below:

  1. MOTO: please provide us with your full credit card information with your live scan copy of authorization signed letter  to our office email: infor@genesiscruise.com (plus 1.8% bank service fee)
  2. Secure Online payment method( additional fee goes up to 3.5% ): we will send the payment  online link. then you could proceed to pay by yourself in convenience.
  3. Bank transfer to our company account: please contact to us to get detail
  4. Travel directly to our office in Hanoi. Travel directly to our cruise office in Hanoi before your travel date at least one day to make the payment.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After completing the payment, kindly updating it to us, we will check the status and coming back to you sortly. Once we receive your deposit, we will reserve the services for you. Then, we will send you a confirmation email with full information of your tour
When you receive this email, your reservation will be confirmed.
